Monticello CUSD #25 - Washington Elementary Toilet Room Renovations

The project consists of: Toilet room upgrades at Washington Elementary School and an elevator addition within the school. The toilet room scope includes (2) pairs of toilet rooms. Each toilet room scope includes finish flooring, plumbing fixtures, partitions, ceiling, lighting and painted walls. Toilet accessories will be provided by the owner and installed by the contractor. The scope also includes the addition of a three stop electric traction elevator with front and rear door access.
