The project consists of installation of a DEFS soffit throughout the breezeway including associated lighting work, removal and replacement of casework and countertops in the concession area including associated plumbing and electrical. Alternate bids include replacement of resinous flooring in the concession area and installation and updating of exhaust fans in the concession area and toilet rooms.

The project consists of the renovation of two sets of men’s and women’s restrooms and HVAC improvements.

The project consists of Hot Applied Modified Bitumen Roof Replacement at Manteno High School: Includes removal of spray foam roofing, built-up roofing, insulation and flashings down to existing roof deck. Install mechanically attached Dens Deck Prime, temporary roof, insulation in two layers, wood fiber board and SBS modified base and cap sheets with aggregate surfacing. Replace clamping rings and strainers on all roof drains. Paint strainers red.

Project consists of a roof recover of roof areas 1 and 2 at the Iroquois West High School.

The project consists of five Bid Packages: Bid Package #1: Replacement of fire alarm systems at Lincoln Trail Elementary School, MS Jr. High School and MS High School. Bid Package #2: Replacement of entire building automation system and boilers at Lincoln Trail Elementary School. Bid Package #3: Replacement of a portion of the roof at MS High School. Bid Package #4: Replacement of interior bleachers at MS High School Main Gym. Bid Package #5: Replacement of exterior bleachers at MS Jr. High School and MS High School.

The project consists of an addition of roughly 1,100 square feet to house new secured entry and reception suite at the Mahomet-Seymour Junior High.

The project consists of: Toilet room upgrades at Washington Elementary School and an elevator addition within the school. The toilet room scope includes (2) pairs of toilet rooms. Each toilet room scope includes finish flooring, plumbing fixtures, partitions, ceiling, lighting and painted walls. Toilet accessories will be provided by the owner and installed by the contractor. The scope also includes the addition of a three stop electric traction elevator with front and rear door access.
